Return Period: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Return Policy: Products must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused and in the original packaging.

Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return costs unless the products are defective or incorrect.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

Don’t worry, if you receive a defective product, we will replace it for free. However, you must notify us and return the product within 14 days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
