After making a purchase, customers have 24 hours to submit a cancellation request before the item enters production. If a cancellation request is submitted within this period, we are happy to issue a full refund.
Once this 24-hour period has passed, your order will proceed to production and cannot be altered. However, we can still update your delivery address prior to dispatch, should that be necessary.
